Assistant Manager – PPC (Fastener Company)
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8 to 10 years in the Automobile Industry
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Production Planning & Control within a fastener or automotive component manufacturing setup
Strong understanding of production scheduling, material planning, and dispatch coordination
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and quality systems (IATF 16949 preferred)
Ability to handle daily production reports, manpower planning, and inventory control
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
Strong communication and team coordination skills
