Production Planning & Scheduling:
Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for tape extrusion, circular looms, and fabric cutting.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve planned output and minimize downtime.
Ensure material availability and manage WIP inventory for smooth production flow.
Monitoring & Control:
Track production progress against plan using ERP systems and generate performance dashboards.
Identify bottlenecks, analyze delays, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Maintain accuracy in data entry and ensure real-time updates in ERP and MIS systems.
Data Management & Reporting:
Prepare and publish MIS reports, performance trends, and productivity analysis.
Use advanced Excel and data analytics tools for capacity planning and efficiency improvement.
Process & Continuous Improvement:
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Problem-Solving techniques to improve fabric production efficiency.
Participate in PMP / Kaizen / Root Cause Analysis initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Support cross-functional teams in new product trials and process standardization.
Team Coordination:
Liaise between PPC, production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure plan adherence.
Assist in manpower and machine load planning for fabric production sections.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Advanced Excel, and MIS reporting.
Sound understanding of fabric manufacturing processes tape extrusion, circular weaving, and heat cutting.
Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and decision-making skills.
Familiar with Lean tools, PMP principles, and problem-solving methodologies.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
