Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.


Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Powertrain Commodity Mainly Transmission & Axles

2. Responsible for working on Castings, Forgings, Bearings Resourcing, Torque Converter Resourcing

3. Working with the CFT teams for delivery of results as per company targets

4. Potential suppliers identification & risk assessment

5. RFQ preparation & release of RFQ to potential suppliers

6. Quote Comparison & price negotiations

7. Understanding of Zero Base Costing

8. Supplier Nomination & PO Release

9. Kick start of the tooling & development

10. Regular reviews of the development activities

11. Start of regular supplies

12. Periodic Price Revisions

13. Statutory & Compliance Documents completion


Qualifications


  • BTech with 7-8yrs of Exp.
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
