Assistant Manager - Powertrain

As a Warranty Claims Analyst, your role will involve driving improvements in 3M, 12WM, 36WM & WM claims. You will be responsible for analyzing warranty claim data, updating part analysis status, and reporting findings to top management. Additionally, your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and trending top field claims to identify root causes and implement necessary actions for issue resolution. - Validating corrective measures through part duplication tests in durability test vehicles. - Preparing and implementing Early Warning Feedback (EWF) and 100% securing plans for new project launches. - Implementing child part cost reduction and refurbishment strategies to minimize claim costs. - Planning and conducting supplier audits to ensure robust process control and adherence to quality standards. - Managing the preparation and approval process for field campaigns and recall actions. - Generating Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) lists for campaigns based on issue severity and risk prioritization. - Creating and releasing Technical Information Bulletins (TIB) and Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) to guide accurate diagnosis and minimize incorrect claims at the dealership level. - Conducting dealer visits for critical or safety-related field issues, performing on-site analysis, and providing immediate technical feedback and support. - Utilizing INCA for measurement, calibration, and diagnostics on ECU-controlled powertrain components. Qualifications required for this role include experience with combustion engines, electric powertrains, and ECU validation processes. Additionally, experience with Vector tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe would be beneficial.,
