Assistant Manager - Planning

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Project Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of planning and execution experience in large-scale residential or township construction projects. You will be responsible for micro-level project planning, cost and resource estimation, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and schedules for multi-storeyed residential or township projects
• Coordinate preconstruction and construction planning activities, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines
• Prepare cost and resource plans, monitor usage, and provide inputs for efficient utilization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, execution, procurement, and site teams
• Identify critical path activities and work proactively to mitigate project risks and delays
• Support in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure effective use of planning tools (MS Project, ASTA Powerproject preferred) to track and optimize project performance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

• Minimum 23 years in project planning and 12 years in site execution in large construction projects

• Background in residential or township projects is preferred

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
