As an Assistant Manager - Placement at Anudip Foundation, you will play a crucial role in connecting Anudip students with major urban employers for placement opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying major employers for placement opportunities - Aligning students with company requirements and assisting with pre-placement profiling - Visiting company directors and HR heads to understand manpower requirements and establish placement tie-ups - Coordinating with branches on placement procedures and managing placed students to generate revenue for the organization - Maintaining documents related to pre-placement and post-placement activities, as well as student databases - Briefing students on job openings after receiving client requirements - Conducting job market studies and ensuring regular coordination with managers and trainers Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role As an Anudip Foundation employee, you will be entitled to benefits such as: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position with in-person work location.,
