Assistant Manager - Placement

As an Assistant Manager - Placement at ICFAI Group, your primary role will be to promote the ICFAI Group MBA Programs and manage a team effectively. You will be responsible for contacting potential students and guiding them through the various MBA program options available, including Online, Distance, and Executive MBA. Your tasks will involve generating leads primarily from corporate employees by utilizing different approaches such as individual and group presentations, information desks, road shows at relevant locations, and networking. Your aim will be to counsel interested individuals and assist them in the admission process. Meeting individual targets will also be a key responsibility in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Graduation degree along with 8-10+ years of experience in sales or marketing. Preferred industry backgrounds include Education, Banking, Financial services, Insurance, Media, Space selling, FMCG, Telecom, etc. A sound understanding of the local market areas where the target group is located is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills in vernacular, Hindi, and English are required. Being internet savvy and having excellent closing skills with a focus on achieving results will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role will be at least 32 years old and based in Kolkata. The salary offered will be competitive and based on your experience and qualifications, ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund included.
