Job Description

Assistant Manager - PL - Emerging
Job Purpose

Data Science, Data Mining, Data coordination with marketing team and BI team.

Drive FA data campaigns.

Resolve sales queries on a regular basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed business goals/targets in different products such as Loans and Insurance (bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment and field activity on the existing database.

Manage, control, and own all channel businesses.

Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.

Maintain delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.

Handle customer escalations and complaints.

Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.

Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in direct or channel sales in loans. Experience in insurance will be an added advantage.

Excellent team handling and problem-solving ability.

Ability to recruit FOS through different channels.

Hands-on experience and know-how for working on data management and MS Office.

Strong leadership skills to handle the team and achieve set targets.

Exceptionally high motivation levels and a self-starter attitude.
