Contribute Achieving Zonal EBIDTA (Rs.) and Operating EBIDTA Rs. /MT.
Identifying and implementation of various automation / digital projects for ease of business improving efficiency, control and compliances.
Finalization of A/Cs, books closures, NCR & GL Review & Profitability Analysis and Planning & Budgeting.
In MIS Reports - MIS reports related to NCR, Sales, Freight, Discount, Stock. Discount schemes are as per budget; adequacy of provisions & proper approvals are in place. Zonal Bulletin. Books vs MIS Tally.
Preparation and Analysis of Exception reporting and Key Observations identifying improvement areas for business.
