Assistant Manager - Performance & Profitability

As an Assistant Manager - Performance & Profitability, you will play a crucial role in contributing to achieving Zonal EBIDTA (Rs.) and Operating EBIDTA Rs. /MT. Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing various automation and digital projects to enhance business efficiency, control, and compliance. You will be involved in the finalization of accounts, book closures, NCR & GL Review, Profitability Analysis, and Planning & Budgeting. In this role, you will be required to prepare MIS reports related to NCR, Sales, Freight, Discount, and Stock. It is essential to ensure that discount schemes align with the budget, provisions are adequate, and proper approvals are in place. You will also be responsible for maintaining Zonal Bulletin and reconciling Books vs MIS Tally. Additionally, you will be tasked with the preparation and analysis of Exception reporting and Key Observations to identify improvement areas for the business. Your expertise in SAP, MIS Reporting, Monthly Book Closing, Advance Excel, and Financial Planning Analysis will be instrumental in fulfilling these responsibilities effectively.
