Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Work closely with the creative and brand teams to develop growth-oriented strategies and ensure campaign alignment.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and generate reports focused on ROI and ROAS.
  • Manage campaign tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Ensure smooth integration and tracking through platforms like Gokwik to reduce drop-offs and enhance conversions.
  • Stay updated on trends across social media platforms and use insights to inform performance strategies.


Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands.
  • Proficiency in Shopify Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Gokwik and basic integration processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign optimization and growth metrics.
  • Understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
