Job Description

Role & responsibilities

MAINTENANCE AND ASSIST ALL DEPARTMENTS, ADMINISTRATION & STATION HR ACTIVITIES

  • Good Networking with Vendors
  • Basic Understanding of Laws relating to Statutory Compliances Knowledge of Facility Maintenance
  • Preventive Maintenance of Equipments related to Facility Maintenance. Interact with employees across departments
  • Carry out regular planned preventive maintenance
  • Proper documentation for all maintenance activities
  • Ensure all regulatory certificates are upto date
  • Ensure all records maintained as per the labour law and proper notices are displayed.
  • Administer / Facilitate the procurement procedures
  • Responsible for station related HR co-ordination activities
  • SPOC to HO HR Team for HR activities, payroll activities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities, Admin Activities, Facility Management, HR & Admin functions.
  • 8-10 YEARS of relevant domain experience
