Assistant Manager Partner Training

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Partner Training in Bangalore, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of partners. Your role will play a crucial part in increasing engagement and business volumes through effective training initiatives aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of training strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training strategies that align with business objectives and market needs. - Conduct skill-gap analysis and identify training requirements for partner channels and sales teams. - Deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness. - Collaborate with central L&D and product teams to create customized training modules, including digital, workshops, and certifications. - Monitor training effectiveness by utilizing assessments, feedback, and sales metrics to suggest improvements. - Work closely with Zonal Sales Heads, Business Strategy Leads, and Tech teams to ensure training supports business growth. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and training innovations. - Utilize technology platforms to provide engaging and scalable training experiences. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5-7 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales/BFSI Sales with exposure to Insurance. - Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
