Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise soft services operations (housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping, etc.) across multiple sites .
Lead, guide, and motivate site teams to ensure consistent service standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing operational queries and concerns.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections to ensure quality compliance.
Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of FM soft services operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Hotel Management / Facility Management background).
Certification in Facility Management will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license (mandatory for site travel).
