Assistant Manager – Operations & Revenue

Experience 3-7 Years in Similar field. To assist in managing day-to-day cinema operations, ensuring seamless customer experience, efficient staff coordination, and optimal revenue generation through effective scheduling, promotions, and sales strategies.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily theatre operations including projection, ticketing, concessions, housekeeping, and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all areas of the cinema.
• Coordinate with technical teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of projection, sound, and other equipment.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure proper shift scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure smooth handling of guest queries, complaints, and escalations.

Revenue Management

• Plan and implement strategies to maximize box office and concession revenue.
• Work with marketing teams for promotional offers, tie-ups, and campaigns to increase footfall.
• Track movie performance, occupancy, and sales trends; recommend programming adjustments.
• Manage online and offline ticketing channels to ensure competitive positioning.
• Theatre Ad revenue strategy

Financial & Reporting

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly revenue reports.
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and reconciliation processes.
• Optimize cost control without compromising service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
