Assistant Manager Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising daily operations of facility services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external service providers and contractors, oversee contracts, performance, and service quality for cost-effective and timely service delivery. Your role will involve assisting in preparing and managing the facility management budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. Furthermore, you will ensure safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting regular inspections and audits to address potential hazards. You will also oversee facility-related projects like renovations, space reallocations, and equipment installations to minimize disruption to operations and adhere to timelines and budgets. Lastly, you will supervise and support facility staff, provide training, set performance goals, and conduct evaluations to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
