We have an immediate requirement of Assistant Manager at Jagbalpur . Requirements : Qualification: Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Or B.com/BBA Experience: 3 -6 years. Gender : Male. Salary: 3 0000-35000/- Immediate joiners and local candidates should apply. Job Description: Assist in supervising employees, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews. May also be involved in the hiring and training of new staff. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task delegation. May be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a safe work environment. Act as a liaison between staff and management, communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth operations. Manage schedules, maintain records, and handle administrative duties as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and management. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, ). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
