Assistant Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students from the provided database.
• Explain the institute’s training programs, course structure, and benefits.
• Generate interest and motivate students to visit or enroll in the institute.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.
• Maintain and update records of calls and responses in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with trainers or directors.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate course information.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and admissions.
• Collect student feedback and support the marketing team in lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate with good communication skills,MBA preffered
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (education or training sector preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,351.70 - ₹46,510.80 per month
