Knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B operations
Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily resort operations
Supervise staff and ensure smooth functioning of departments
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints
Monitor housekeeping, front office, and F&B services
Support in budgeting, financial reports, and inventory
Maintain high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction
Act as a support to senior management
