Assistant Manager - Operational Excellence

As an applicant for the position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - MIS management: - Tracking the status of SCADA connectivity projects. - Preparing and presenting various MIS related to progress and operation excellence requirements using Power Point, Power BI, and Excel. - Managing PAR (LUAG-asset model) application. - PAR (LUAG-asset model) application management: - Adding incremental assets in the GA LUAG model. - Managing PAR Application, ensuring smooth function, data acquisition, data imputation, training, and handholding with the GA team. - Conducting data validation with respect to field/SCADA/IC, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. - SCADA operation support and reporting: - Ensuring all reports have correct tags mapping for Daily/Monthly LUAG report for all regions, DRS report, CGS report, Bio-gas daily report, and LCNG report. - Supporting the SOUL operation team for troubleshooting in SCADA server, N3uron Gateway, Soul operation IC Platform. - Verifying data/communication with the field and coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders. - Gas Reconciliation LUAG: - Ensuring the monthly gas reconciliation for PAR-LUAG across all 34 GA. - Aligning with the finance team to ensure LUAG certification through comprehensive accounting and reconciliation across all 34 GA. - Ensuring monthly LUAG data delivery to finance and management. - Creating visualization dashboards such as GA LUAG Dashboard, CEO LUAG Dashboard, and Volume dashboard. - Developing a GA Action plan to reduce gas loss and improve CGD operations. - Daily Operations: - Ensuring data acquisition of SCADA connected operational assets to industrial cloud. - Ensuring dashboard data sanitation. - Preparing Profitability Dashboard. Moreover, you will be required to perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and company objectives. Qualifications: - B.E. (Mech, Elec, Inst) with data analytics skills. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field gas distribution operations.
