Assistant Manager - Operational Excellence

As an Assistant Manager in the team, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence (OpEx) initiatives across the organization. You will lead Lean-driven programs, coach teams, and deliver high-impact outcomes that shape the future of global delivery. Responsibilities: - Drive OpEx programs in collaboration with BU Transformation teams, process owners, and global stakeholders - Build a culture of continuous improvement through Lean practices, Kaizen, and innovation - Deliver measurable ROI (8-10x) through transformation projects - Embed OpEx methodology, tools, and thinking across business units - Coach and train teams - targeting 20% workforce coverage in Year 1, scaling to 80% by Year 3 - Identify and nurture internal OpEx champions across the firm - Support global and client-facing transformation engagements as needed - Develop and execute communication plans to deepen OpEx understanding across divisions Qualifications: - Graduate in Engineering (REC/NIT/IIT) or MBA from a reputed institution - Certified Green Belt / Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ or equivalent) Required Skills: - Strong grasp of Lean, Six Sigma, and transformation methodologies - Proven ability to deliver high-impact projects within scope, time, and budget - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills - Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability Preferred Skills: - PMP / PRINCE2 certification - Exposure to data analytics or intelligent automation,
