Assistant Manager - OMPL
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Culture Anchor:

Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinating the pre and post FCU activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis, and reporting to Head Office.

Updating credit and marketing team regarding FCU activities and findings.

Maintaining login registers at the branch and ensuring every case is screened and recorded.

Checking proper implementation at branch level.

Conducting field investigations of fraud and negative cases, and assisting with police actions against fraudsters.

Generating and maintaining MIS reports pertaining to the process of corrective actions and presenting the same to management to facilitate decision making.

Monitoring the average TAT for each process and variance from targeted/desired TAT.

Checking daily transaction login and MIS for smooth process efficiency.

Handling branch queries through mail and solving queries within TAT, coordinating with Head Office as needed.

Investigating fraud cases, coordinating mystery shopping activities, non-starter investigations, and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms.

Visiting nearby locations for investigations based on Head Office instructions.

Coordinating FCU activity for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is a must.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.

Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.

Good communication, analytical skills, and channel management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.

Working knowledge of computers.
