 Assistant Manager - OMPL 
 Job Purpose 
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate pre and post FCU (Field Credit Unit) activity with FCU agency and Head Office on a daily basis, reporting to Head Office.
  • Update credit and marketing teams regarding FCU activities.
  • Maintain login registers at branch and ensure every case is screened and recorded.
  • Check proper implementation of processes at branch level.
  • Conduct field investigation of fraud and negative cases, and coordinate with police for actions against fraudsters.
  • Generate and maintain MIS reports related to corrective actions and present these to management for decision making.
  • Monitor average TAT (Turnaround Time) for each process and track variance from desired targets.
  • Check daily transaction logins and MIS for process efficiency.
  • Handle branch queries through mail and resolve them within TAT; coordinate with Head Office as needed.
  • Investigate fraud cases and coordinate mystery shopping, non-starter investigations, and seeding activities on dealers, agencies, and executives to ensure KYC norms are followed.
  • Visit nearby locations for investigations as per Head Office instructions.
  • Coordinate FCU activity for all products (PSBL, LAP, CE, and CD-Finance); knowledge of all products is required.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels across multiple market environments.
  • Overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
  • Good communication and analytical skills; channel management skills required.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • High motivational levels; must be a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
