Supporting the R&D team for recipe development, Developing & maintaining flavor library,
vendor identification & development.
Supporting recipe transfer for commercialization
Validate samples of suppliers on regular basis supporting pilot & plant trials, sensory
evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports
etc.)
Developing / Check formulations and processes while considering requirements of other
functions such as Regulatory and Quality.
Training/development of content for planned launches
Participate in consumer test design, organize sample production, and ensure product quality
follow up.
Realize scale up / industrialization with vendors.
Collaborate and develop the suppliers to obtain best results for product development.
Develop technology competencies necessary to maintain a healthy pipeline of product with
suppliers.
Maintain and record recipes
Competition Mapping and Data maintenance
Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG/Retail Industry/ QSR Industry.
Educational Qualification BSc/MSc Food Science or B.Tech food Technology. (MBA preferred)
Should have relevant experience to work with NPD, HACCP, quality, regulatory in executing the
ideas
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
