Role & responsibilities Supporting the R&D team for recipe development, Developing & maintaining flavor library, vendor identification & development. Supporting recipe transfer for commercialization Validate samples of suppliers on regular basis supporting pilot & plant trials, sensory evaluation, technology transfer and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports etc.) Developing / Check formulations and processes while considering requirements of other functions such as Regulatory and Quality. Training/development of content for planned launches Participate in consumer test design, organize sample production, and ensure product quality follow up. Realize scale up / industrialization with vendors. Collaborate and develop the suppliers to obtain best results for product development. Develop technology competencies necessary to maintain a healthy pipeline of product with suppliers. Maintain and record recipes Competition Mapping and Data maintenance Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3-5 years experience in FMCG/Retail Industry/ QSR Industry. Educational Qualification BSc/MSc Food Science or B.Tech food Technology. (MBA preferred) Should have relevant experience to work with NPD, HACCP, quality, regulatory in executing the ideas Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Positive mindset Resilient & ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong internal consulting skills, with ability to influence change. Driving Accountability while working as a part of the team.
