Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Network in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain telecom infrastructure and network components to ensure network efficiency and availability.
Track and monitor network traffic and performance to minimize interruptions to network transmission and switches.
Correct network problems effectively and promptly, performing preventive maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures.
Drive initiatives for industrialization and efficiencies in network facilities.
Establish tools and procedures to monitor network performance and coordinate daily operations, overseeing short to medium term activities within the team.
Deliver input to policies, processes, and standards, making tactical and operational decisions within a defined scope.

Job Requirements

Advanced knowledge and experience in the field, with participation in developing new solutions/projects.
Ability to share best practices and advice with coworkers, generating own workload and outlining directions to others.
Experience in supervising and coordinating lower-level specialists, acting as a single point of contact in complex matters.
Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
