Assistant Manager MEP Contracts

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - MEP Contracts at Gera Developments Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing all MEP packages for residential or commercial projects. Your role will involve shortlisting and evaluating MEP contractors, floating tenders, checking MEP BOQs, developing new contractors, arranging negotiation meetings, preparing comparative statements for quotes, arranging kick-off meetings, utilizing MEP knowledge to resolve contractor issues at the site, and being well-versed in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities: - Shortlist and evaluate MEP contractors - Float tenders and check MEP BOQs - Develop new contractors and arrange negotiation meetings - Prepare comparative statements for quotes - Arrange kick-off meetings and resolve contractor issues at the site - Utilize MS Office tools effectively Qualification Required: - B.E.
