Assistant Manager, Member Success

As a Member Success Assistant Manager at GLG, your role involves delivering exceptional customer support for GLG's Network Members, which include former C-suite executives, academics, scientists, policy specialists, former public sector leaders, and other top professionals. Your responsibilities will include interacting with Network Members daily through various channels and proactively supporting them to provide clients with insights. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with GLG Network Members via email, telephone, and live chat to solve approximately 40+ inquiries per day. - Adhere to standardized workflows while providing customized solutions to Network Members. - Collaborate with MS managers to understand GLG Network Membership strategy and offer real-time support to aligned local teams. - Connect the Global and EMEA MS team with local business units, providing necessary updates and support. - Complete a fast-paced training program and take on additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with additional language skills being a plus. - Passion for high-level customer service with a successful track record in a team environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills across various channels. - Demonstrated commitment to detail in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Bachelor's degree or above. - Ability to work in a hybrid role, typically working 1:00 PM to 10 PM IST and coming into the office three times per week.
