Assistant Manager, Member Success

As a Member Success Assistant Manager at GLG, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to a diverse group of former C-suite executives, academics, scientists, policy specialists, public sector leaders, and other professionals within the GLG Network. Your responsibilities will involve daily interaction with Network Members, responding to inquiries, mastering relationship workflows, and collaborating with various teams to support local engagements. Your key responsibilities include: - Responding to inquiries from Network Members via email, telephone, and live chat, resolving approximately 40+ inquiries per day - Adhering to standardized workflows while providing custom solutions to Network Members - Collaborating with internal teams to support local engagement teams and maintain engagement integrity - Acting as the main connection point between the Global and EMEA Member Success teams and local business units - Completing a comprehensive training program - Undertaking additional tasks as required The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities: - Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus - Passion for delivering high-level customer service in a team environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills across various channels - Commitment to detail and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - Enthusiasm for continuous learning in a technology-enabled setting - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree or higher - Willingness to work in a hybrid role with specific work hours and office attendance requirements GLG is a global insight network connecting clients with insights from a vast team and a network of approximately 1 million experts.
