Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning & Shooting of videos:

Plan the monthly calendar for videos in YouTube and social media along with business and digital teams
Track industry, audience behaviour and content trends in various platforms and create videos capturing these trends with content relevant to our target audience
Connect with doctors and other employees to create content and develop ideas

Video Creation:

Oversee end-to-end video production with agency: scripting, shoot coordination, editing, and publishing
Create great thumbnails and video titles that grab a viewers attention using the right keywords
Work with design editors to guide them on end result and publish content periodically as per agreed timelines
Supervise the pipeline to ensure efficiency and consistency and provide valuable feedback and advice to aid members in reaching the overall/end goal for each video.
Promote the channel on various platforms to the right target audience

Analytics:

Analyse the performance of the content in YouTube and other social media platforms and make changes to the strategy.
Monitor and analyze YouTube performance metrics such as impressions, average view duration, retention, CTR, engagement, and subscriber growth
Use insights to optimize future content including timing, format, duration, and creative approach
Implement A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and descriptions where applicable
Regularly report on channel growth, content performance, and ROI to internal stakeholders
Ensure creativity and quality in the content.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience required - minimum 5 years / handling youtube channels/Social Media handling
