Assistant Manager - Marketing

Purpose/Objective

This position is responsible for strategizing, conceptualizing, planning, managing, coordinating, and executing all Digital Campaigns across defined platforms. The candidate must work in sync with the Marketing plan and to make sure to extend all marketing campaigns on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. End to end execution of performance marketing campaign with multiple agencies starting from defining media plan to quotations to analysing the same with ADL 2. Maintaining track of the campaign including spend vs leads 3. Coordination with Digital Agency for Social/SEO/Content/Blog/Website/ Landing Pages etc. 4. Coordination with Rep India for ORM 5. Coordination with ADL and Cloudsteer for API integration 6. Campaign creation and Report generation in SFDC 7. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) 8. Working with graphic designer / agency to develop required creatives for digital campaigns 9. Working with influencers to get the maximum reach 10. Drive SEO, SMO (or SEM) and Performance Marketing Campaign (International & Domestic) for lead generation with knowledge of web Analytics and web design. 11. Knowledge of SFDC and its integration with third party tools will be an additional advantage 12. Develop and implement targeted Digital Campaigns 13. Plan, manage and execute various online events/webinars 14. Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of all digital campaigns activities 15. Determine and manage the digital campaigns budget with focus on cost and quality 16. Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets and requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: MBA in General Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Work Experience (Range of years): 4-5 Years Experience in Real Estate Industry in Digital Marketing
