We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as a Lead/ Manager – Sales Revenue Operations. This role will be pivotal in optimizing sales processes, driving automation and analytics, and enabling our global sales teams with insights and tools that support strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to enhance performance, operational excellence, and revenue growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive Sales Analytics and Intelligence with Automation

    – Oversee data governance, metrics measurement, and dashboarding using Salesforce, Excel, and other analytics tools to enhance visibility and performance tracking.
  • Manage Sales Processes and Tools

    – Lead sales process management, pipeline optimization, forecasting, sales technology evaluation, and adoption to ensure the tech stack is efficient and effective.
  • Oversee Sales Compensation Management

    – Contribute to sales compensation design, quota allocation, goal setting, and administration, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Support Sales Leadership and Strategy

    – Partner with leadership on strategic projects, transformation initiatives, and performance management to drive organizational goals.
  • Conduct Market Research and GTM Analysis

    – Deliver research on key accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to guide sales strategy.
  • Build Cross-functional Partnerships

    – Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance teams to align on business objectives and accelerate outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance to set aggressive yet achievable annual performance targets.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

  • Experience:

    4–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Product Expertise:

    Strong understanding and practical experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Analytics & Tools Proficiency:

    Proficient in Salesforce dashboarding and reporting, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Program Management & Data Governance:

    Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated program management and data governance capabilities.
  • Drive & Execution

    : Proactive and result-oriented professional with a strong drive toward sales excellence.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across geographies.
  • Change Management:

    Experience in driving change management across diverse and global sales teams.
  • Education:

    MBA or equivalent from a reputed or premium institute preferred.
