Job Description

Performing receiving inspection and analysis of various incoming material Stainless Steel at Store as per

Conducting sampling and Testing of the material comparing to International Codes and standards
Assisting for WPS-PQR (welding procedure Specification / Performance Qualification record)
Planning & managing shop floor activities as per SOP, guideline and requirements
Handling of manpower and monitoring execution of the on-going jobs day to day
Preparing reports and informatory for each activity and summation to superiors daily

Ensure each activity and records as per ISO 9001 norms and other relevant SOPs

Participating in certification and accreditation related work like ISO Audits, Customer Visits, 5S

implementation, EHS implementation etc.

Training conduct for subordinates and operator for betterment of process
Hands on experience working with International Codes.:- ASME/ASTM/EN/ISO
Familiar with Third Party Inspection (Notified Bodies) like EIL, IBR, NPCIL, BVIPL, SGS, LRA, TPL, TUV SUD, TUV NORD, DNV, DNV GL, EEE etc.
Inspection and vendor approval for out-sourced material from various domestic as well as in foreign suppliers and ensure on-time delivery with quality to our premises.
Handling of various quality testing equipment and NDT equipment like PMI (positive material identification), ECT (Eddy current testing), Marking
Preparation of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and ensure all the stages adherence to the QAP during inspection.
