Job Description

Offline Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute offline marketing campaigns across:

Print (newspapers, magazines)
Outdoor (hoardings, banners, site branding, office branding)
Events (property expos, on-site events, channel partner meets, project Launch events)
All ATL/BTL activations.

Extensive knowledge of outdoor sites, vendor and costing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns on time and within budget
Event coordination with internal team and agencies
Development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, standees, pricelist, presentation, and other marketing materials)
Coordination of creative agency and tracking of the job allocated.
Coordination for project photoshoot, and videography

Vendor & Media Management

Negotiate with media agencies, printing vendors, and event partners
Ensure timely execution of creatives, printing and mounting
Should have fair knowledge of Marketing Materials and must have coordinated printing jobs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in offline, ATL/BTL marketing in real estate.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
