Job Description

Job Purpose

To expand reach of product offerings in the local market by building Channel network across the city and executing key strategies & value prepositions for the channel partners to ensure their loyalty and constant flow of business.

Role & responsibilities

Developing & executing various initiatives based on long term and short-term strategy for expanding ICP strength across the country
Creating value propositions for the institutional channel partners within pre-defined budgets
Creating a team of dedicated ICPs ensuring best terms of engagements with them and leveraging Mahindra equity of trust, transparency and integrity through them
Driving ICP engagement, loyalty, rewards and recognition programs
Executing standard empanelment process and increasing number of registered ICPs in the system
Ensuring that the targeted number of leads are being generated through ICPs and are getting assigned to the closing team
Analysing and reviewing the distribution of ICPs across the country
Assessing the potential ICPs as per the eligibility criteria
Signing & Executing annual operating plans with key ICPs
Working closely with the regional teams for achievement of targeted business
Coordinating with the closing team and ICPs wherever required to ensure deal closures
Preparing the MIS reports in a timely manner and reviewing the same with the Channel sales head

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Sales & Marketing

4-8 years of relevant work experience
