Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Conduct
corporate, legal, and regulatory due diligence
for proposed investments across domestic and international jurisdictions.
Review and validate
entity documents, shareholding structures, compliance status, statutory filings, and governance records
of target companies.
Prepare
due diligence reports
and risk summaries highlighting legal exposures, compliance gaps, and red flags.
Coordinate with legal firms, consultants, banks, and internal teams for
information gathering, verification, and documentation
.
Maintain and update
investment information repositories
, corporate records, and cross-border compliance trackers.
Support evaluation of
investment documentation
(term sheets, SHA, SSA, board resolutions, certificates, etc.).
Assist the Chairmans Office in
comparative analysis of investment opportunities
, including regulatory feasibility across geographies.

Preferred candidate profile:

CS qualification is mandatory
(37 years post-qualification).
Strong experience in
due diligence, corporate compliance review, or investment documentation
.
Exposure to financial institutions, large corporates, consulting firms, or family office environments.
Working knowledge of multi-jurisdictional compliance, investment structures, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
