As an Assistant Manager in the 3P Lab Ops department at Tata 1mg, your role will involve: Role Overview: Tata 1mg is a trusted health partner aiming to make healthcare understandable, accessible, and affordable for all Indians. As part of the Pharmacy E-Consultation Team, your primary focus will be on network empanelment, diagnostics centre onboarding, stakeholder management, reporting and documentation, as well as compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the identification and onboarding of new diagnostic centres into the network. - Ensure compliance standards and regulatory requirements are met by all diagnostic centres. - Liaise with medical and healthcare providers for smooth contract negotiations and onboarding processes. - Maintain updated records of empanelled diagnostic centres and conduct regular performance reviews. - Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of new diagnostic centres. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential diagnostic centres. - Generate regular reports on network performance and maintain accurate documentation of agreements and compliance checks. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in network management, partner onboarding, or a similar role in the healthcare or diagnostics sector. - Experience in contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and standards.
