Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in relationship management and sales, you will cross-sell and upsell products and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will build strong, long-term relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Engaging with clients through meetings, calls, and site visits, you will understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Developing and implementing account strategies for each client, you will focus on identifying growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. Collaborating with internal teams, you will proactively manage client portfolios and advise clients on the best solutions for mutual growth. You will also monitor account health metrics, prepare regular reports, and maintain a clear understanding of client budgets and goals. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure client feedback is integrated into service delivery and product development. Addressing client concerns promptly and effectively, you will work to resolve issues and communicate any service disruptions or updates. Stay informed about market trends and provide insights to clients and the internal team, offering feedback on client-specific needs or feature requests. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably within the SAAS industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with C-level executives and key stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree considered a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include client retention rate, revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS), account health, and product adoption metrics, as well as the achievement of individual sales targets and goals.,
