Assistant Manager- KAM (Enterprise)

You must have a flair for new technologies and a vision to drive transformation in the traditional B2B industry towards a technology-driven approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong expertise in Farming/KAM activities (B2B) - Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts - Proficiency in stakeholder management - Leading key account management teams - Overseeing procurement and fulfillment operations for key customers - Timely quoting of all RFQs to customers - Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with high volume clients - Ensuring timely delivery of ordered products **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4+ years experience in B2B KAM/Sales within the Manufacturing/Industrial sector - Excellent communication and people management skills - Ownership mentality with a willingness to initiate processes from scratch - Hardworking, fearless, innovative, and driven to excel in challenging situations - Enjoyment in sales hunting, new client acquisition, and meeting sales targets - Educational background of B.Tech & MBA from Tier 2/3/4 institute In addition to the role-specific details mentioned above, please note that the job is full-time and permanent with benefits like cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
