Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Execute daily/weekly production plans to meet targets.
Manage manpower, materials, and machine utilization.
Ensure quality checks and maintain production standards.
Monitor costs, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Handle inventory, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
Lead production teams and resolve production issues through RCA.
Drive continuous improvement and lean practices.
Prepare basic production reports and coordinate with suppliers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.Tech
in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, or related field.
26 years
experience in production/plant operations.
Knowledge of quality control, scheduling, and shop-floor management.
Strong team handling, problem-solving & reporting skills.
Ready to work in a production/plant environment.
