• Lead IT function aligning to the Business with Strategic Planning & Execution
• ERP Implementation Support
• IT Initiatives, Project Management & Architecture
• IT Application Development, Implementation & Maintenance (Web & Mobile)
• IT Infrastructure support (Server, Hardware and Network)
• SAP Interface & Support
• CAPEX, OPEX Budget & Control
• Software License Compliance
• IT Security Audit
• ISO 27001 ISMS Compliance
• Data Analytics, MIS Reports
• Backup & Disaster Management
• IT Asset & E-waste Management
• Vendor Liaison
• Knowledge in TQM Processes
• Support to all Verticals of Business
• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, IOTs, Data Mining, Robotics, GPS Tracking, embedded tools, various Integrations
• Playing a key role & supporting Transformation, Digital & Automation Projects
• Proactively provide latest technical updates & new technologies on enhancing the business process & operations
• Service-provider co-ordination
• Periodical review & reporting on responsibilities & KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / BE- CSE, EE, IT • MCA / MBA-IT • Technical Certifications in MS Office, ISMS, Dot
  Net, Java, MS SQL DB
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT function
• with minimum 7 years in IT Lead role.
• Moderate level of SAP functional knowledge in
• MM, SD, PM, PP/QM modules.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM Platform, RPA &
• Digital Platform.
• Experience in handling various applications.
• Experience in Discrete Manufacturing with
• automobile industry background would be an
• added advantage.
• Experience in Factory background.
• Experience in handling MS SQL DB
• Development Knowledge in Dot Net, Java
