Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dera Bassi for an Assistant Manager IQC at Maa Sharda Industries. The Assistant Manager IQC will be responsible for overseeing the inspection and quality control processes, ensuring that materials and products meet established standards. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting quality audits, maintaining detailed reports, and collaborating with the production team to resolve any quality issues. The role also involves developing and implementing quality control procedures and training staff on quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of inspection and quality control processes
Experience in conducting quality audits and maintaining detailed reports
Ability to develop and implement quality control procedures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
Relevant certifications in quality control or quality assurance are a plus
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is beneficial
