Job Description

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities.

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investor relations activities.
Monitor and analyze competitor investor relations activities, market dynamics, and trends to inform strategic planning and positioning.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials
Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists.
Manage investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Person Profile:

Qualification

Experience:

Must Have:

Strong understanding of financial statements and market data.
Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and investor materials.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with investor relations software and databases.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
