  ₹5,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum (Max)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience:

  years of total experience, with a

  minimum of 2 years as a Team Leader

  in an International Voice Process environment.

• Mandatory Background:

  Strong foundation in a Contact Centre – Voice Team Lead role.

• Location/Shift:

  Must be willing to

  relocate to Trivandrum

  and be flexible to work in

  UK shifts

  (Work from Office mode).
• Candidates with a

  Sales Contact Centre background

  are strongly preferred.

Key Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving team performance and operational excellence, including:

• Team Management:

  Leading and motivating a team in an International Voice Process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service levels.

• Performance Management:

  Monitoring and analyzing team and individual performance using contact center metrics (e.g., AHT, FCR, adherence).

• People Management:

  Handling KRA setting, performance appraisals, and driving career development for team members.

• Attrition Handling:

  Developing and implementing strategies to manage and reduce team attrition.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
