About the Role

Preparation & Verification of documents for Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) from India and IHC. Preparation & verification of the Statutory and International Taxation compliance sheet of foreign investments & entities, discussion, arrangement & analysis of Financial Reporting, MIS, Tax Returns of foreign entities.

Responsibilities

• Transfer pricing, International taxation, Tax compliance, Reporting requirements, Global tax accounting principles.
• Ensuring accuracy of product costing /Bill of material/ Raw material consumption and cost audit.
• Periodic review of stock at C&F and plants.
• Verification and authorization of voucher entries in ERP.
• Transfer pricing, international taxation, FEMA & other statutory compliance, Foreign subsidy.
• Analyze and interpret tax implications of cross-border transactions.
