Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement planning and vendor coordination for greenhouse installation projects.

• Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of greenhouse structures.

• Lead farmers through the process of adoption and ensure smooth handover.

• Maintain GH inventory across warehouses.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and efficient project execution.

• Prepare monitoring and progress reports.

• Willingness to travel frequently across districts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Haves

• 5+ years experience in drip irrigation, agriculture, GH installation, or related industries

• Proven experience in handling large-scale installation projects in rural India

• Ability to work in challenging field conditions

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel extensively and stay in field locations as per project needs

Nice to have

• Exposure to farmer engagement and training programs

• Prior experience in startups or high-growth organizations

• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project requirement

• Ability to communicate in multiple regional languages

• Strong data management and reporting skills
