Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager in real estate, located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management tasks, administering leases, managing lease agreements, and assisting in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, handling property inquiries, facilitating communication between landlords and tenants, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.

• Property Management and Lease Administration skills
• Experience with Leases and Lease Agreements
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
