Assistant Manager in real estate

Your primary tasks will include overseeing property management activities, administering leases, managing lease agreements, and supporting both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Daily duties will involve coordinating with clients, addressing property inquiries, facilitating communication between landlords and tenants, and ensuring adherence to real estate regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess property management and lease administration skills, along with experience in working with leases and lease agreements. Knowledge of real estate and commercial real estate practices is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The role demands the capability to work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
