Strong knowledge of Goa’s real estate market – North, South, and upcoming hotspots Prior experience in real estate sales or consulting Excellent communication, negotiation & customer service skills Self-motivated and proactive with strong networking ability  Help clients buy, sell, and rent properties across Goa’s top and emerging locations ✅ Provide expert advice on real estate investments and ongoing residential/commercial projects ✅ Maintain strong relationships with local developers, brokers, and property owners ✅ Conduct market research and site visits ✅ Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from search to registration
