**Role Overview:** As an Assistant Manager - Human Resources at our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
